  • The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product must not have been altered or damaged in any way.
  • Products that are customized or personalized (e.g., engraved or altered in any way) are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you a return authorization and provide instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Prepare the Product: Please ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, please pack the item securely to prevent any damage during transit.
  4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same procedure for initiating a return and place a new order for the replacement item. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer direct exchanges.
