  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
  • Customized Orders: If you have placed a customized or personalized order, please note that additional processing time may be required. Custom orders typically take 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping options for both domestic and international customers. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of the items in your cart, and the chosen shipping method.

  • Domestic Shipping (Within the United States): We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping options for domestic orders. Our domestic carriers include:

    • UPS
    • FedEx
  • International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders are shipped via USPS International or other available international carriers. Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the size of your order. Shipping fees may vary depending on the shipping method you choose (Standard, Expedited, or Express).
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States. Free shipping applies automatically to eligible orders at checkout.
  • International Shipping Fees: For international orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and order size. Customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days.
    • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.

    Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in the delivery time estimates.

  • International Orders:
    • Delivery times for international shipments typically range from 7-21 business days depending on the destination country. Please be aware that customs processing may cause delays, and delivery times are not guaranteed.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information (if available). You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number via the respective carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or the relevant international carrier).

Please note that tracking updates may take 24-48 hours after your package has been shipped, so there may be a slight delay in seeing the tracking information reflected in the system.

6. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, there may be instances where your order is delayed due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or issues with the shipping carrier. We recommend allowing additional time for delivery, particularly during peak shopping periods like holidays.

If your order is delayed, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: In the event that your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue. If the carrier is unable to locate the package, we may offer a refund or replacement depending on the situation.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged items and packaging, and contact us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue by offering a replacement or refund. Please report any damage within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

8. Address Accuracy

Please make sure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also do not ship to certain international locations. Please contact us before placing an order if you are unsure whether we can ship to your location.
